Belarus has a reputation of the country with more stability than-
any other country from the ex-USSR.

In fact, as a citizen of-
Belarus I would sometimes prefer we would have even less-
stability.

And I would not compare Russia to Belarus in this-
field.
The whole mentality there is a bit different.

Belarus has a fast-growing economy and IT-sector is the most-
developing one at the moment. Definitely, this is the only place-
to outsource, keeping in mind the quotes and service.

What about huge rate of attrition? Lack of communication?-
Different cultures… the list goes on.. Will a business owner-
will that the company is outsourcing to the ’stable’-
destination if the attrition rate is more than 30-35% per year?!

We researching the possibility to outsource part of our IT-
operations to Eastern Europe. The main reason is the agility of-
the operations in the companies there (vs India) as well as-
maturity of the methodology and processes. I will an eye on-
Belarus as an outsourcing destination. Thanks for the post!

India offers ’stability’.
Which is crucial for any business to-
flourish.
Even Russia cant offer that.
