I think the pond is so big to be occupied by few fishes. The business world is even as big as the ocean. There is no such thing as industry saturation, only saturated mind. Small-time outsourcing companies could greatly be of great help to small-time company who wanted to outsource some of its operations but cannot pay as much as big companies allocated for outsourcing. Let it not be said that the world has become more and more “globalized” and market has become bigger and bigger. So there is really a room for each one of us folks!

Yes, I totally agree with you that outsourcing is really over saturated. Almost everything in this world have been already outsourced. We must look beyond outsourcing, and not just only depending on it. Nice post!
