SALES MANAGER
Requirements:
Successful sales track record in IT (North American or Western European markets);
Fluent English (spoken and written);
Superior communication and organizational skills;
Experience in CRM leads processing;
Good understanding of web programming areas and general knowledge of IT projects implementation process;
Ability to multitask, work independently, and must be a team player.
Responsibilities:
Manage existing sales processes including leads processing, presenting accurate corresponding paperwork (proposals, marketing materials, corresponding portfolio), closing deals etc;
Prepare and analyze leads pipeline and sales forecast reports;
Manage and upgrade leads database (CRM);
Liaise with Marketing Management, Project Managers, Heads of Departments and Production Departments to ensure business process adherence;
Remain current with world IT outsourcing market trends.
Working conditions:
Full-time schedule;
Comfortable office in Minsk downtown (M. Bogdanovicha 37, with a walking distance from Belaya Vezha);
Afternoon shift with some flexible hours;
Friendly professional team of co-workers.
