SALES MANAGER

Requirements:

• Successful sales track record in IT (North American or Western European markets);
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Superior communication and organizational skills;
• Experience in CRM leads processing;
• Good understanding of web programming areas and general knowledge of IT projects implementation process;
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and must be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing sales processes including leads processing, presenting accurate corresponding paperwork (proposals, marketing materials, corresponding portfolio), closing deals etc;
• Prepare and analyze leads pipeline and sales forecast reports;
• Manage and upgrade leads database (CRM);
• Liaise with Marketing Management, Project Managers, Heads of Departments and Production Departments to ensure business process adherence;
• Remain current with world IT outsourcing market trends.

Working conditions:

• Comfortable office in Minsk downtown (M. Bogdanovicha 37, with a walking distance from Belaya Vezha);
