CellularCountry - online e-commerce project - retailer of used cell phones and accessories engaged our SEO department in the online marketing of their business. During the first year of aggressive SEO we managed to get a huge list of targeted keywords to the TOP10 results of Google and other search engines thus driving huge free organic traffic to the pages of CellularCountry.

The client clearly set the expectations for SEO campaign - to have as many TOP10 rankings in Google for targeted key-phrases as possible.

Besides the most important keywords that were chosen right after the beginning of SEO campaign our team started to analyze the related collocations, derivatives and synonyms, like, for instance, mobile/cell/cellular phone(s), donate/sell, refurbish/recycle, etc. and came out with the new keywords suggestions in addition to the already chosen ones.

During the SEO campaign SEO Consultant assigned to the project focused on the following activities:

• More than 20 pages were added to boost the keyword density and the already existing pages were rewritten as well with the help of universal mod_rewrite rules;

• Special block of automatic news was added to target chosen key-phrases. This was done in order to increase the amount of related and interesting content on the web-site;

• Removing variable osCsid from URLs of cellularcountry.com to stop generating duplicating pages by SEs;

• Link-exchange campaign in different forms was implemented to gain more TrustRank weight.

Results

There were special steps for these sites which released the web sites from Google's Supplemental Results and made the above mentioned web sites more respectable for SE's algorithms.
