CASE STUDIES : Ductless Depot - SEO Services

Ductless Depot Inc - online retailer of air conditioners, air pumps and kits - engaged our SEO dpt to promote the list of targeted keywords, e.g. "ductless air conditioner" and "ductless heat pumps" for their web site in Search Engines. Though the domain of the web-site was old, the web site was in Google sandbox as the domain wasn't parked correctly. When the SEO Consultant assigned to the project got the access to the web-site (that was also in the process of design as well) there was no "bibb" installed a simple index page where should be at least one sentence of content in order for the search engines to index it and let the domain increasing its age. The sandbox was the biggest challenge to overcome.

During the SEO campaign the assigned SEO Consultant focused on the following steps:

• Theme analysis and suggestion more keywords that are to be concentrated on in the first turn;

• Content editing and increasing the keyword-density;

• Onsite optimization: meta-information creation, titles, alt-tags, other things;

• Submission to the Search Engines both worldwide and local ones;

• Submission to the thematic catalogues and minor search directories;

• Submission to Froogle and Google Base and maintenance of the suggested feeds that include all the products that are presented on the web-site;

• Submission to Google Local;

• Link-exchange with relevant web-sites using two-way and three-way link-exchange.

Results

SEO Consultant managed to get the finest positions for the keywords that were initially suggested as well as for other keywords that were chosen later.

We currently continue providing SEO Services to this company. The day-to-day work consists of the following activities: link-exchange with the new relevant partners, editing the content to comply with the SEs' requirements and giving new information to the web-site's visitors.

Nowadays www.ductlessdepot.net has more then 900 (!!!) keywords in TOP20 of Google. That means that the initial investment in SEO made by the management of the company is paying off well. We are at 3rd year of service now maintaining the rankings and adding new keywords to the TOP rankings.
