1. Contract terms: What lengths of time do we commit too? How do we make payments?
Minimum contract period is 3 months. Payments are done on NET15 basis since the start of work (this eliminates the need to submit two payments per month - 50% deposit payment and 50% payment upon completion of the operating month)

2. Satisfaction: What if we are not satisfied with a deliverable? With a person?
You can ask the COO to replace the person. Generally our customers are satisfied as we pick the best resources for their needs. You will also have right to cancel the contract or individual with prior 30 days notification.

3. English skills: Do the people we work with communicate effectively in English? Verbal? Written?
The majority dedicated staff speaks English at level allowing effective online communication. We consider communicating online (IM, email, project management systems) to be the most effective (since there is not need to make international calls, no busy lines and each party has access to the history of talks available). Senior professionals, project managers and management speak fluent English.

4. Ownership of Deliverables: Do we exclusively own the deliverables we purchase?
Yes. We also can sign separate NDA in addition to the standard contract.

5. Communication: How do we communicate with contractors (email, voice, Skype, IM)?
We consider communicating online (IM, email, project management systems) to be the most effective (since there is no need to make international calls, no busy lines and each party has access to the history of talks available).

6. References: Can you provide substantial list of references in the USA?
Sure - please request references by email.

7. Start up: How much lead time would you need to get started? If we needed additional resources?
Generally 1-7 business days.

8. Stop or pause the project: How much time do you require to halt or pause the project?
30 days notice.

9. Account management: Do we have an account manager we can discuss issues or requirements. Can we still also communicate directly with the dedicated team?
Along with the contact information for assigned resources our customers also receive the contact information of Head of relevant department and COO. We also recommend hiring Project Manager when the size of dedicated team is more then 3 people.

10. Resumes of resources: Do we have a choice in the contractors we work with?
Yes you have, however we normally carefully go through your needs with the Head of relevant department or HR manager and pre-select the best candidates for you.

11. Is your office closed on holidays?
MoveYourWeb offices are closed during Belarusian public holidays. Since the contractual ODC engagement is paid on monthly basis - the public holidays are paid by the customer. However we don't bill the customers for vacations or days off taken by our employees.

12. Operating hours: What are the regular working hours for your offices?
The majority of our customers are US based companies, that's why we work shifted hours allowing substantial overlap with US working hours (7.00 am - 4.00 pm EST or 4.00 am - 1.00 pm PST). It's easy to communicate with our resources in real-time mode.

13. Personal visits: Can I visit your facilities in Belarus?
Sure. You are welcomed to come to our offices. We will help you with getting a visa right in the airport upon arrival, arrange accommodations, make the transfer and ensure that you stay in Belarus is productive and pleasant.
